I’ve been away from Darkwood for too long. I could tell you that I’ve been busy travelling the word, fighting injustice and crime, making my fortune or deep in the throes of a new relationship…

But none of that is true. I’ve been busy, yeah, but not in Darkwood business. Truth is , I’ve been writing a novel. And as anyone who’s a novelist will tell you, the planning writing, revising, correcting, editing is all encompassing. So I’ve been giving it my best shot. And it’s not even finished yet.

I thought it might be time to check back in here, see what’s happening in the ‘wood. There’s a couple new guys moved in, a couple new families. I need to get to know them, see if I like the cut of their jib. I’ll tell you what’s been going on, when I find out. But until the next post, which I promise will be soon, I’ll sticking with the novel. Wish me best of fortune?
